The company was established in the year 1998 by Mr. D.P. Adhikari, a seasoned civil engineering professional and former Chief Engineer (Structures) at NIDC, a Government of Nepal undertaking. With over 15 years of extensive experience in the government sector, Mr. Adhikari laid the foundation of the company with a vision to provide high-quality engineering consultancy services rooted in technical excellence and professional integrity. Over the years, the company has continued to grow and diversify, further strengthened by the involvement of the next generation of highly qualified engineers. In 2014, Mr. Rajendra Adhikari joined the firm after completing his B.Tech from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and earning a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Colorado State University, USA. His expertise in advanced structural design, seismic analysis, and modern construction technologies brought fresh perspectives and global exposure to the company’s core competencies. In 2022, the company welcomed Mr. Atindra Prasad Adhikari, who brought with him a strong academic background in electrical engineering. A graduate of Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), Mr. Atindra further pursued his Master’s in Power Systems from Florida State University, USA. With his expertise, the company expanded its services into the domain of electrical and power systems engineering, enhancing its multidisciplinary capabilities to serve a wider range of infrastructure and development projects. Together, this dynamic leadership team combines decades of practical experience with cutting-edge technical knowledge, positioning the company as a trusted and innovative player in the engineering consulting industry.
